First and foremost, no treatment will be rendered until you fully understand the fees and potential cost of the treatment involved. We will do our very best to give you a beautiful and healthy smile.
Esthetic and restorative dentistry is an excellent investment in an individual's well-being. We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you desire. Becuase we want this investment to fit comfortably in your personal budget, we provide several payment options to our patients. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.
We set our fees to allow us to do what we need to do and to achieve the best results. We use the best materials and latest technology. We make a conscious decision not to provide cut-rate care and believe you will get what you pay for.
The fee for your care is your responsibility and since we are a Fee for Service provider we require for payment to be paid in full at the time services are rendered. We are also preferred providers for a select few insurances, please contact our office for which ones we are signed up with. As a courtesy to you, we will fill out your insurance claim form and submit them electronically to your carrier. You are ultimately responsible for the cost of your care.
The Following payment options are available:
1. We accept Cash, Check, Mastercard/Visa, Discover, and
American Express.
2. Pre-payment for services with cash or check will entitle you to a
5% courtesy fee reduction on treatment in excess of $1000.
3. We also offer a 3 month In-office intrest free payment plan- certain restrictions apply. |
