About Our Team
When hiring team members we look for intelligent, friendly people
who work well with others and comfort patients with care and kindness. Our team
is comprised of talented, hard working people who strive to undertstand
our patients' needs while treating them with respect and kindness.
Because our team members play such an integral role in the
successful treatment of our patients, we include them in every aspect of
the practice. Every morning we review our day ahead to discuss
treatments for all of our patients. We also have a team meeting each
month to review new developments and learn new techniques, medications
and treatments,
as well as discuss clinical and staff issues requiring the
understanding of the entire team. In addition, the entire team regulary
attends continuing education programs, assuring that our staff stays
qualified to provide the best dental care available in the everchanging
world of dentistry.
